Default Pre Seering

You all remember pre back in the good ol' day...well anyways let me get to the point.

ANet should have a special event that lasts for a week or so to let us take our Post Seering characters over to pre. That would be awesome, it would be a special event or something.

This may have already been suggested, but it just popped up in my mind one day and so I finally posted it.

Well, you know, I could take back like 10 sup. vigors and a few black dyes and rip noobs off if they were to do this, not to mention all the greens and leet golds I would take back with me and give to another account of mine. Of course I would wait for the event to end to start selling.
/sarcasm off

Again, no, the above is my reasoning, and there's really no freaking point in it.

Good points about high lvl items going in to pre..

But what if they did a *mirror* of pre, or like a "dream world" version of pre that seperate from the real one that had some things different, or it was scalled to lvl 20 content.

The main point it would use pre maps/levels/graphics but monsters, items, etc would be set for lvl 20 content. And if they do that in a latter version, it may cause people to take a look at orginal GW if they don't own it.

I had the same idea EternalTempest has. It's Pre-Sear... without all the Pre.

Why would you want the developers to go to all this trouble when all you have to do to get back to Pre is to create a new character?

Even IF they did it, the vast majority of people would go there for an hour, realize its BORING at level 20 when they can own anything that moves, and then go back to regular play again.

You get credit for trying, but /notsigned

EternalTempest, i've had a similiar idea. Though, I was thinking some sort of god realm (specifically Lyssa's) where you would go back to the map of pre (no zones/cities, the entire map. If you think that's big, well, so is FoW) and all of the enemies are your typically high level god-realm level, etc. Some sort of Realm of Forgotten Past or some such. Either way, I'd LOVE to have some sort of way to revisit the pre map on my post-sear characters.
